Fishr is an advanced AI-powered strategic report system that analyses and generates reports based on questionnaires, data inputs, and human-based or agentic interviews. The system has been developed utilising highly advanced artificial intelligence models and proprietary methodologies owned by About Tomorrow Pty Ltd.

2. Opinion and Estimates only

All reports, analyses, recommendations, and insights generated by Fishr (collectively, "Reports") constitute opinions and estimates only. Reports are not statements of fact and should not be relied upon as definitive, accurate, or complete assessments of any business, strategy, market, or financial position.

All information provided are estimates based on available information and the AI system's analytical processes. Recommendations are subjective opinions and may differ significantly from actual market values, professional valuations, or future outcomes.

3. No liability or Responsibility

About Tomorrow Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates ("Fishr") expressly disclaim all liability and responsibility for:

• The accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any Reports
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on Reports
• Any implementation of strategies, recommendations, or insights contained in Reports
• Any financial losses, business losses, or other damages arising from the use of Fishr or its Reports
• Any consequences resulting from reliance on valuations or estimates provided

4. User Responsibility

It is entirely the responsibility of the user and their business to:

• Verify all information and analyses independently
• Conduct appropriate due diligence before making business decisions
• Seek professional advice from qualified advisers (including legal, financial, accounting, and business advisers) before implementing any strategies or acting on Reports
• Determine the suitability and appropriateness of any recommendations for their specific circumstances
• Make their own informed decisions regarding implementation and strategy

5. No Professional Advice

Reports generated by Fishr do not constitute and should not be construed as:

• Financial advice or financial product advice
• Investment advice
• Legal advice
• Accounting or taxation advice
• Professional business consulting advice
• Users should seek independent professional advice tailored to their specific circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Technology

The Fishr platform, including its underlying AI models, algorithms, methodologies, processes, and proprietary technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of About Tomorrow Pty Ltd.

Users are expressly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling The Fishr platform
• Attempting to recreate, replicate, or back-work the proprietary methods or technology
• Using Reports or system outputs to develop competing products or services
• Extracting or replicating the underlying AI models or methodologies

7. No Warranties

About Tomorrow makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding Fishr, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that Reports will be error-free, accurate, or complete
• Warranties regarding availability or uninterrupted access to the system

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, About Tomorrow’s total liability for any claims arising from or related to Fishr or its Reports shall not exceed the fees paid by the user for the specific Report in question. This does not include fees charged by external parties.

About Tomorrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.

9. Accounts, Payments + Partner Program

Fishr is a strategic analysis and reporting tool only. While the platform, assessments, Reports and related services are designed to support better decision-making, About Tomorrow makes no representation or warranty that using Fishr will result in new projects, work, revenue, clients, leads, referrals or other commercial outcomes.

Participation in any Fishr partner, affiliate or referral program does not guarantee the generation of new leads, referrals, introductions, partnerships, collaborations or commercial opportunities. Any references to potential commercial outcomes are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of results.

Fishr operates on a pay-per-assessment basis. Users may create an account and purchase individual assessments as required. Fees, inclusions, usage limits and features for each assessment are set out on the Fishr website or within the platform from time to time.

Fishr does not require users to enter into an ongoing membership or subscription in order to access the platform or purchase assessments, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Payment is required for each paid assessment in accordance with the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. If a payment is declined, fails or is otherwise not received, About Tomorrow may restrict access to the relevant assessment, Report or platform functionality until payment has been successfully received.

Completed assessments and Reports may be available through your account for a limited period after generation. Unless otherwise stated, Reports may be retained for up to 30 days after they are generated. We recommend downloading your completed Report as soon as it is available so you retain your own copy.

If an account is suspended, restricted or terminated, information associated with that account, including any Reports and Fishr assessments previously created, may be permanently deleted within 30 days of suspension, restriction or termination.

Once deleted, such information may not be recoverable. Where technically possible, About Tomorrow may, but is not obliged to, offer a paid restoration service. A fee may be charged to reinstate or recover any archived or deleted assessments, to the extent they remain technically recoverable.

About Tomorrow reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke, suspend, restrict or terminate any account access at any time where it considers it necessary or appropriate, including, without limitation, for breach of these terms, the Disclaimer or any applicable policies; misuse of the platform or Reports; suspected unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity; non-payment of applicable fees; or any other reason About Tomorrow deems necessary and applicable, acting reasonably.

Where appropriate, About Tomorrow may provide notice of suspension, restriction or termination, but is not obliged to do so in circumstances of serious misuse, legal obligation, non-payment, or risk to the platform, users or third parties.

10. Acceptance

By accessing or using Fishr, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer and accept all risks associated with the use of the system and reliance on its Reports.
