Fishr is an advanced AI-powered strategic report system that analyses and generates reports based on questionnaires, data inputs, and human-based or agentic interviews. The system has been developed utilising highly advanced artificial intelligence models and proprietary methodologies owned by About Tomorrow Pty Ltd.

All reports, analyses, recommendations, and insights generated by Fishr (collectively, "Reports") constitute opinions and estimates only. Reports are not statements of fact and should not be relied upon as definitive, accurate, or complete assessments of any business, strategy, market, or financial position.
All information provided are estimates based on available information and the AI system's analytical processes. Recommendations are subjective opinions and may differ significantly from actual market values, professional valuations, or future outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, About Tomorrow’s total liability for any claims arising from or related to Fishr or its Reports shall not exceed the fees paid by the user for the specific Report in question. This does not include fees charged by external parties.
About Tomorrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.
9. MEMBERSHIP, SUBSCRIPTION + PARTNER PROGRAM
Fishr is a strategic analysis and reporting tool only. While the platform, Reports and related services are designed to support better decision-making, About Tomorrow makes no representation or warranty that any membership or subscription will result in new projects, work, revenue, clients or other commercial outcomes.
Participation in any Fishr partner, affiliate or referral program does not guarantee the generation of new leads, referrals, introductions or partnerships. Any references to potential commercial outcomes are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of results.
Fishr offers a free tier and multiple paid subscription tiers, each with different inclusions, usage limits and features as set out on the Fishr website or in separate membership materials from time to time.
For a paid account to remain active, ongoing monthly payments are required in accordance with the pre-selected subscription tier.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier at any time, subject to any applicable billing cycle rules, pro-rations or minimum terms stated at the time of purchase.
If a payment is declined, fails, or is otherwise not received when due, About Tomorrow may notify you using the contact details associated with your account.
If payment is not successfully received within 7 days of the original due date, About Tomorrow reserves the right to suspend your account, restrict access to Fishr and/or limit functionality until all outstanding amounts are paid.
If an account remains suspended or is terminated (whether by you or by About Tomorrow), all information associated with that account, including any Reports and Fishr assessments previously created, may be permanently deleted within 30 days of suspension or termination.
Once deleted, such information may not be recoverable. Where technically possible, About Tomorrow may, but is not obliged to, offer a paid restoration service. A fee may be charged to re-instate or recover any archived or deleted assessments, to the extent they remain technically recoverable.
About Tomorrow reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke, suspend or terminate any membership, subscription or account access at any time where it considers it necessary or appropriate, including (without limitation) for:

10. ACCEPTANCE
By accessing or using Fishr, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer and accept all risks associated with the use of the system and reliance on its Reports.
